Submitting an order through this website creates an order request, not a completed paid transaction. Product availability, fulfillment method, timing and any applicable fulfillment cost are confirmed before the order is finalized.

Prices shown on product pages are the current website prices for the stated selling unit. Actual availability can vary. Freezer-beef reservations remain governed by the specific information presented on the freezer-beef page.

Do not treat an order as finalized until Laurel Highlands Farms confirms it.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout. Laurel Highlands Farms is not responsible for a missed pickup or delivery caused by incorrect information submitted with the order. If plans change on either side, contact the farm as early as possible so a new time can be arranged.

All content on this website, including product descriptions, photographs and farm history, belongs to Laurel Highlands Farms and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Because this is a working farm rather than a warehouse retailer, product availability can shift with the season, weather, and processing schedules outside the farm's direct control. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you before finalizing the order to offer a substitute cut, an adjusted quantity, or the option to remove that item, rather than substituting something without telling you first.

These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Any separate written agreement covering breeding stock, a restaurant supply account, or a bulk beef reservation takes precedence over this general page where the two conflict.
